Inspections and Technical tests

All buildings, whether due to lack of maintenance or due to construction errors, end up with deficiencies that jeopardize the useful life of the materials, thus reducing their market value and safety conditions. Through the technical inspections service or through technical tests, it is possible to check the state of conservation of the building, allowing the identification of anomalies, causes, origin and the best method of intervention.

Technical Inspections

Based on the high experience of our technicians, we carry out inspections and diagnoses to residential, industrial and service buildings, which are composed of:

Concrete;
Masonry;
Metallic structures;
Structures of wood;
Mixed structures.

In order to assess the overall safety of infrastructures, quality of materials, construction processes, welding, among others, all existing anomalies and/or deficiencies are evaluated, recommending the best solutions for them.

Technical Tests

In order to assist the technicians in assessing the state and safety of already existing or rehabilitated structures under construction, a number of technical trials focusing on civil construction may be developed, taking into account internationally recognized methods and techniques. Whether they are concrete, metal, wood or mixed buildings, the technical tests provide a very important perspective in the evaluation of the state of conservation of the structures and the materials that compose it.

Topographical surveys with total station;
Inspections with Thermographic Camera;
Real-time GPS positioning system;
Sclerometric tests to evaluate the quality of concrete;
Verification of airborne concrete permeability;
Detection of reinforcement in concrete;
Detection of reinforcement corrosion in concrete;
Density and resistance measurement for wood;
Among others.

We also evaluate the quality and applicability of materials in the civil construction area, helping our clients achieve the high quality standards of their products.
